Nicely decorated room and big bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Big beds and great facilities. Excellent and incredible spot close to the airport, fast food restaurants and pretty close to Malls, everything, including the airport and the terminal.

It's a quaint and clean hotel, rooms are good-sized and well furnished. The location is excellent and good and they have parking onsite.

Our rooms were recently refurbished with twin beds in the loft and full kitchen, as example as expected.

I spent 1 night here and appreciated that. This was a fairly clean and quirky hotel. The setting was fantastic, short walk to the main shopping malls in El Paso, and the airport, fast food restaurants and pretty close to Malls. And it's just a short stroll away from Reata, ate there once or twice. My room included a fireplace, a kitchen, and a phone.

Everything was simply very good. The total stay was very nice on vacation. It had an excellent and good location right by the main shopping malls, the airport on time, and a restaurant for take away. Also, Bassett Place Mall was 2 miles away. Appreciated the room with twin beds in the loft, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room with so much space for all the family. A microwave oven, a dishwasher, and coffee/tea making machines were provided. The location was fantastic - so close to the airport, including the airport, and Fort Bliss. Top-class, helpful staff, were eager to help.

The room was newly remodelled with great amenities. The staff were eager to help when needed. The location was favourable and incredible - so close to Malls and fast food restaurants.

The bed was big, and the room itself was comfortable. It was based in nice building in an excellent and fantastic location, to the El Paso area.

Well-mannered and attentive staff and everything was nice. The room was recently refurbished and neat included ample space, a couch, and a couch bed. The service was great, that made the hotel fantastic place.

The location was incredible in the mountains, the staff were eager to help. My room was beautifully decorated and complete with king size beds and a fireplace and the kitchen.

We got great value for our money at Chase Suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like family.

The food for breakfast could have been better, but everything else was fantastic.

I loved the hotel, it was fantastic, fairly clean and met the purpose. The location was excellent and particularly good, good to swim in the one by the center. Besides, it was really close to restaurants, the airport and food locations and the main shopping malls in El Paso. Affable, amicable staff who were eager to help.

Breakfast with gracious smiles. The hotel's location was unbeatable, very close to everything, including the airport as well as the airport and Fort Bliss. I spent here 1 special day and would stay here again.
